This review manuscript examines how Jain ethical commitments shape contemporary
healthcare decision-making. Using a mixed-methods design, the study integrates survey
responses from 72 self-identified Jain respondents with qualitative material drawn from three
monk sources: two interview transcripts and one written guidance letter.
