Why we started
Jain Enlightened was born out of a desire to bring the timeless teachings of Jainism into the digital age. Our mission is to make Jain philosophy, scriptures, and history more accessible and engaging through the use of modern technology. This initiative is not just a project; it is a reflection of a lifelong journey rooted in the deep spiritual and educational foundation provided by my Pathshala experiences and the profound guidance of my spiritual guru, Yashovijayji Maharaj Saheb.
Our Vision.
We are expanding Jain Enlightened across the USA by collaborating with organizations like JSNT and YJA, spreading our digital resources to a wider audience. Globally, we are starting chapters in countries like India and Costa Rica, providing localized, multilingual tools to make Jain teachings accessible. Our goal is to establish a global network of chapters that leverage technology to keep Jain values alive and relevant.

Our mission is to make education about Jainism—its principles, history, and teachings—accessible, engaging, and globally impactful. By seamlessly blending e-learning modules, interactive discussions, and multimedia content, we aim to cultivate compassion and a profound understanding of core Jain values, such as Ahimsa, Anekantavada, and Aparigraha. We foster a diverse community of learners dedicated to preserving and embodying the essence of Jain philosophy.
Arham Doshi's - Personal Journey
From an early age, Jainism has been a cornerstone of my life, shaping my values, beliefs, and aspirations. Regular temple visits, learning under the guidance of esteemed monks, and immersing myself in the teachings at Pathshala have deepened my understanding of the Jain principles of non-violence, compassion, and self-discipline. This journey inspired me to establish Jain Enlightened, a platform that merges technology with Jain teachings to make them accessible to a wider audience, ensuring the values of Jainism continue to inspire future generations.
Role of Pathshala & Spiritual Guidance
The foundation of Jain Enlightened is deeply intertwined with the lessons I learned at Pathshala and the spiritual guidance of Yashovijayji Maharaj Saheb (Yasho MS). Pathshala was where I developed a strong sense of identity and purpose, guided by the principles of non-violence, truth, and compassion. However, it was the profound teachings and wisdom of Yashovijayji MS that truly shaped my spiritual journey. His deep knowledge, compassionate approach, and unwavering commitment to Jain principles have been a guiding light in my life. His influence extends beyond just religious teachings; he has shown me how to integrate Jain values into modern life, making them relevant and practical for today's world.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TEACHERS
In addition to Yashovijayji Maharaj Saheb, I also owe a great deal of gratitude to my Pathshala teachers, who played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding and dedication to Jainism.
Charu Aunty was one of the first to introduce me to the profound teachings of Jainism. Her compassionate and patient approach made learning an enjoyable and enlightening experience. Her guidance and encouragement were instrumental in nurturing my interest in Jain philosophy.
Yashovijayji Maharaj Saheb has been the cornerstone of my spiritual and intellectual growth. His teachings have not only deepened my understanding of Jainism but have also inspired me to take action by creating Jain Enlightened. His influence is woven into the very fabric of this initiative, and I consider him my main guru, whose wisdom continues to guide every step of this journey.
